Bernita Barfield,   

Bernita Barfield is an award winning artist who has
exhibited her work at the juried Empire Ranch
Western Art Show, the Tubac Center of the Arts and
the Huachuca Art Association judged show. She
continues to take classes and workshops, most
recently from Taos School of Art in New Mexico. Her
instructors have been Louisa McElwain, John
Farnsworth and Bill Arms.

Her distinctive palate knife style reflects her passion
for the land and her love of the southwest.

Bernita says, "Seeing the southwest from the back of a horse
is a thrilling way to get up close and personal with the
beauty of this country."
